PRICE GUIDE FOR ORGANIC INSTALLATIONS 2025

Hello! Thank you for your interest in our work. We are so excited that you have considered us to be a part of your event. We are very passionate at what we do and we take our time to work closely with you to make sure that our installations represent your personality and taste.

Below is our catalog and please note that the prices for organic installations are for guidance only. This is the base price of our installations if we use standard coloured latex balloons. Custom colors require additional pricing as it requires two balloons to make up one color. If you need confetti balloons, metallic chromes, foils, or large balloons in a particular setup, this can affect the cost as well. The final price is always dependent on the complexity of the design, colors (whether custom or standard), and the level of difficulty of installation (with or without frame, indoors/outdoors, walls/high ceilings). The price guide is also subject to change anytime without notice. If you need any clarifications with regards to any of our services please let us know and we will be happy to help.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Before you book with us, please kindly check and confirm with your venue that they allow our displays to be installed in their premises and give us ample time to set it up. Set up times are set out in our FAQs page and measurements are provided in the details of each display as below. In any event that the venue doesn’t allow us to proceed, we will refund half of the total amount of your order to cover our time/slot/materials used.

• We require a security deposit (from 100 eur) for materials being rented. Final security deposit amount depends on how big the installation is or how many rental materials are being used. This amount is fully refundable given that there is no damage or loss to the materials rented. All props provided for by Balloonera remain Balloonera’s property unless otherwise stated by us.

• Delivery within Dublin area ranges from €60 depending on the type of balloon arrangement and location. For areas outside Dublin delivery charge is calculated and we have a minimum order amount of €500 excluding delivery fee.

• The collection of frame, flowers, and neon/wooden signs are done in the morning the next day.

• For large installations that require our frame or flower rental outside Dublin area; if you need the balloons to remain in your venue for one more day (wedding after party, etc.), an additional charge of €150 applies. For areas within Dublin, an additional charge of €75 applies.

• Payment of deposit for confirmation of booking date means that you accept the terms and conditions above.

OTHER PRODUCTS

• All neon sign rentals require a deposit of 250eur which is refundable after the event given that there is no damage done to the neon caused by your party. You are required to view the state of the neon sign before renting it.

• Mr and Mrs wooden sign is free for orders above 450 eur. For orders below 450eur, a 20eur rental fee applies.
